Plant your own tree
At GCF we believe sustainable change begins at an individual level. In other words, change begins with us. So we encourage our sponsors/ donors to come out and plant their own trees. Be it corporate volunteer programs or individual planting events. Contact us to learn more.
Superior product
The longevity of the tree determines its benefit. Therefore at GCF we take great care and thought to our planting technique and process. We only plant saplings that are 3 to 4 years old and 4 ft to 5 ft tall
We ensure survival
Security of the plantations is critical in ensuring survival of trees survival. hence we go through a strict screening process whilst choose landowners/stake holders who are committed to protection and maintenance of the trees. We also sign memorandums of understanding with land owners to further cement the commitment.
Continuous Monitoring
Measuring well is managing well, our philosophy at GCF. After completion of plantations, each sapling is geo tagged making each sapling trackable. In addition, quarterly site visits and constant contact with landowners ensure good upkeep of trees.
