GCF partnered with National Geographic and Inox Leisure to screen Before the Flood in India. Before the Flood presents a riveting account of the dramatic changes now occurring around the world due to climate change, as well as the action individuals and society can take to prevent the disruption of life on our planet. Produced by Academy Award winner and environmental activist and U.N. Messenger of Peace Leonardo DiCaprio. The documentary features political leaders and luminaries including Barak Obama, Elon Musk, and Pope Francis.

The premiere was hosted at the Metro Cinema in South Mumbai. To inspire action at a policy level the attendees included key decision-makers ranging from political heads, corporate leaders, Bollywood celebrities, government officials, legal fraternity, and religious heads. Additional private screenings were held for the IPS and IAS association of Maharashtra and for CIDCO (City and Industrial Development Corporation).
